Global Outcome Ratings - IFSP Home

1. While in the IFSP Home

2. Click on the Global Outcomes tab

3. Enter information in the Your Child's Strengths and Your Child's Needs columns for each Global Outcome

4. To enter a rating, click on + Add Child Outcome

5. Select the proper Rating Type from the dropdown list

   1. Entry

   2. Periodic

   3. Annual

   4. Preliminary Exit

   5. Exit

6. Use calendar to enter Date

7. Select Rating from the drop-down menu for each of three Global Outcomes

   1. All skills expected

   2. Some concerns with skills

   3. Many age-expected skills

   4. Some age-expected skills

   5. Many important early skills

   6. Some early skills

   7. Very early skills

8. Click Save

9. A green bar will pop up temporarily, indicating Record Saved Successfully

   Note: If copying and pasting text into the strengths and needs boxes, please be sure to paste as  plain text only and NOT with source formatting. Failure to follow these instructions can negatively impact the Spanish translation and Print PDF features

10. For an Exit rating, answer the Progress? question for each Global outcome by selecting Yes or No from the dropdown

Note: In order to successfully Close a Client Case, BOTH an Entry and an Exit Rating must be completed and the Progress? question must be answered for each Global Outcome under the Exit Rating.
