  1. TABS

  1. At the top of the screen, tabs are displayed along a horizontal ribbon. The tabs represent objects available to be accessed in UNICORN. 

  2. Every time a tab is selected in the tab ribbon, the list will show all Recently Viewed records. Users first logging into the system will not have any recent items.  

  3. Click on the ▼ symbol drop-down to locate ALL views under each tab. In each tab there are already created list views.  Users can create their own list view or they can use an already existing list view.

  1. TAB NAVIGATION

Users can personalize the navigation bar by adding a Tab or changing the order of the tab display

  1. Click on the edit pencil below profile picture to locate Edit EI Lightning App Navigation Items

  2. Click Add More Items

  3. Select All under Available Items  

  4. Click the + to the left of the desired item 

  5. Select Add Nav Item(s)

  6. Click Save

  1. LIST VIEW

Users can create new list views by: 

  1. Click desired tab

  2. Click on the ▼ symbol to the right of the gear icon in upper right corner of screen to locate the LIST VIEW CONTROLS drop-down menu 

  3. Select New 

  4. In the next screen users will need to give their list view a name

  5. Tab through the List API Name field to allow the system to auto-create 

  6. Select the appropriate option under Who sees this list view?

  1. Only I can see this list view

  2. All users can see this list view

  3. Share list view with groups of users

  1. Click Save

  2. Users can Add Filters to narrow down their view results 

  3. Select available fields to include on the view by clicking on Select Fields to Display 

  4. Items are moved from Available Fields to Visible Fields by clicking on the item and then on the ► symbol

  5. Click Save 

  6. List Views are specific to each tab, and users will have to create list views for each tab

  1. EDITING WITHIN A LIST VIEW

  1. Clicking on the ▼ symbol to the right of the gear icon to locate the LIST VIEW CONTROLS drop-down menu

  2. Addition edit options include:

  1. Clone

  2. Rename

  3. Sharing Settings

  4. Edit List Filters

  5. Select Fields to Display

  6. Delete

  1. Filter by additional fields (optional)

  2. Select the Field Record Type

  3. Operator is Equals

  4. Value will be the following in specific tabs:

  1. Client Case – Early Intervention

  2. IFSP – Initial, Annual, Periodic (Only one record type can be chosen at a time)

Click Save
