Service Provider Assignment - Client Case

Note: EIB staff will need to complete this step for Providers to bill via the portal for an Initial IFSP

1. The process for assigning a Service Provider to a Service Plan Element of an IFSP:

   1. Navigate to the Service Provider assignment as follows: Client Case> Related Tab>Service Provider Assignment (Initial IFSP Case)

   2. Select New to the right of Service Provider Assignments (Initial IFSP Case) to assign a Service Provider for an Initial IFSP development

   3. Search and select Service Provider

   4. No date range needs to be selected

   5. The Initial IFSP Case field will auto-populate with the Client Case number

   6. Click Save
