Selecting Monthly QIOs

The QIO State Team will push all completed IFSPs to the EIBs Google sheet. The EIBs will select a minimum of 10% of IFSPs for QIO assessment (this percentage may vary for smaller programs).

Criteria to keep in mind when selecting IFSPs for QIO assessment:

• A variety of service coordinators (small programs may have the same SCs chosen every month)

• Family Assessment was completed

• Transferred IFSPs do not get selected

• Select IFSPs that were translated to Spanish (when possible)

• At least one individualized child outcome on the IFSP, avoid selecting IFSPs that only have a family outcome
