Saving & Resuming QIO Assessment
How to Save and Resume Your Place During an Assessment

1. Saving a QIO Assessment

   1. The assessment will automatically save when the assessor exits the survey

2. Resuming a QIO Assessment

   1. Open the IFSP in which the QIO was not finished

   2. Navigate to the QIO Survey (using same instructions as above)

   3. QIO Tool will open with the information that was previously entered

Note: Assessors can view all QIO assessments for an IFSP on the Final Score Page of the QIO Tool. This includes completed and uncompleted submissions, with the uncompleted submissions missing a score under Overall Quality Rating (indicated below with the red circle).
