Article summary

Purpose: How to navigate the My Client Cases tab in the Provider Portal

NOTE: Data displayed is from our Staging environment, data does not represent actual child/family information.

  • Navigate to My Client Cases → Active Case view

    • Other views include

      • Closed Cases - children who has exited EI

      • One Time - frequency of the IFSP service is listed as once (ex. Assistive Technology Device)

      • Evaluation/Assessment / Initial IFSP - the provider can access the child’s case details if assigned as the provider completing the Initial IFSP

      • All Cases - all Cases regardless of status or frequency

    • Search by Client Name or Case #

  • The columns represent the following details

    • Client ID

      • Credit Activities - for activities that have been invoiced/paid that need to be retracted

    • Case # - searchable field

    • Client Name - searchable field

    • Document - allows a provider to upload documents to the child’s case (ex. Progress Notes)

    • Date of Birth

    • Referral Date

    • Services - hyperlink to “Add Services”

    • Status - status of the client case

      • New - no action taken by Service Coordinator

      • In Progress - Service Coordinator assigned IFSP not yet developed

      • Active - actively enrolled in EI services

      • Closed/Eligible - received IFSP services and case is now closed

    • IFSP - hyperlink to most recent IFSP

    • CCB - the Early Intervention Broker who is providing service to the child and family

    • Medicaid Enrolled

      • Yes - child has a Medicaid ID

      • No - child does not have a Medicaid ID
