Module 0 - Tutorial

This module is a short tutorial that will give an overview of the screens shown when completing EI Provider Training and will show how to navigate the course.  It is strongly recommended that this module be completed before beginning Module 1

• Time: This module will take approximately 5 minutes to complete

• Resources: Link to additional resources for each module of this training

• Troubleshooting Tips:

  • There may be a message that says, “If the training doesn’t load, click here to open it.” Click the link to begin

  • Wait until the first slide completes and there is a forward arrow at the bottom right before continuing through the tutorial. If steps are skipped at the beginning, it will not be possible to move on to the next module

  • If, at the end of the module, the training window does not close when “FINISH” or “CLOSE MODULE” is selected, use the X, which is located in the upper right corner, to close out of the window
