Files

Purpose: Files can be attached directly to the EI Referral Case to create the child’s EI Record. Files can include information sent with the referral, documents uploaded from the online referral, documents gathered during the intake process and forms signed by parent(s)/guardian(s).

1. On the Related Tab there is a section titled Files

   1. All documents submitted with the referral and gathered during intake will be saved in this section

   2. The Add Files button can be used to select a file from your computer to attach
