Purpose: Billing process for children participating in Extended Part C option who are also enrolled in the EIST (Trust Fund).  All dates of service prior to a child’s third birthday must be entered into the EI Data System and allocated to the child’s Funded trust program as soon as possible after a child’s third birthday.  EIST does not fund services provided during participation in the Extended Part C Option.

• Review EI Data System Report Enrolled in Extended Part C and EIST for all children participating in Extended Part C Option who are also enrolled in the Trust

• Enter all dates of service billing for sessions prior to age 3

• When all dates of service billing and Service Coordination Fees have been entered email Nicole Honeycutt ([email protected]) informing her the child is moving to Extended Part C and the Trust Eligible checkbox on the EI Case can be unchecked

• All dates of service that Allocated to AO Temp for session after a child's third birthday will reallocate to (EIB Name) Direct Service (FY) AS LONG AS the Part B Eligible - Extended Part C box is checked (=True)
