  1. If you are experiencing an issue with the EI data system and need to log an error, potential bug, or suggestion, please use the EI Data System Bug and Suggestion form

  3. Please be sure to include detailed steps to reproduce the issue, as well as any unique identifiers, such as a Client Case number, IFSP number, ACT number, etc.

  4. Service coordinators not able to view all Client Cases:

  5. Verify that the service coordinator has a contact record associated with the EIB

  6. Check to make sure the service coordinator is listed as BOTH the owner of the Client Case and the IFSP record

  7. If the service coordinator is not, then a manager/supervisor will need to change ownership

  8. Contact record does not appear in the look-up search field:

  9. Verify that the individual has a contact record

  10. If they do not, users will need to create a contact record for the person
