Transfer Referral Case

Purpose: To transfer the EI Referral Case to a different CCB in the event the child’s address changes between date of referral and eligibility determination.

1. Update Child’s Address on EI Referral Case

2. Run Address Clearance, this will update the address on the household

3. Change Owner to new CCB

4. Change CCB to new CCB

5. Sending CCB/EIB will need to notify the receiving CCB/EIB that a transfer has taken place
