Printing the IFSP

Users can print a PDF of the IFSP. There are two ways to bring up the print PDF view for an IFSP.  

1. Select the Print PDF button from the IFSP Details tab by clicking on the ▼ symbol to the right of Change Owner button

2. Select the Preview PDF button at the top right while in the IFSP Home visual force

3. Both links will open a print-friendly PDF document in a separate window

4. Note: Selecting Print will initiate the DocuSign process for gathering signatures on the IFSP via DocuSign

5. While in the IFSP Home page, the IFSP Outcomes/Plan of Action and Transition tabs have “Include on Print?” checkboxes. Make sure those boxes are checked for any information that you would like to be included in the printout. When you click the checkbox on the Transition tab, you do NOT need to click “Save” prior clicking “Print” (if initiating DocuSign process) or “Preview PDF” (if generating a Print PDF). The Save button on the Transition page is for saving any content entered or edited in the text fields.

Note: Any information typed in Consent Statement fields of IFSP Home will appear in the Print PDF version of the IFSP
