Notes:
Slide 1.1.2 - Since the development of this training, many of the people featured have changed positions. For information about the current EI Colorado state team, please see the Contact Us page on the EI Colorado website
Slide 1.3.1 (Intake, Evaluation and Assessment) - EI Colorado took over the responsibility for Evaluations in 2022. Since then, there are state Care Navigators or local Intake Coordinators (depending on the local EIB) who serve as the Service Coordinator during the intake and evaluation portion of the process. There are 16 evaluation entities that are responsible for conducting evaluations and determining eligibility for children. When a child is eligible, they will be transferred to the local EIB for ongoing service coordination, development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and service delivery
Slide 1.4.2 (Logo & Branding): Since the development of this training, EI Colorado’s logo and branding have changed. The old logo is still featured in these modules and on some documents, but the information is still accurate
