IFSP Record Locked

There is a checkbox Record Locked? field under IFSP Details. Data system users will not be able to make updates to the IFSP 60 days or more after the Created Date. The Global Outcomes, Transition tabs of IFSP Home will allow updates and the following fields will remain accessible on the Details tab of an associated Service Plan Element: Actual Start Date and Reason Late.

1. Users will need to ensure that the IFSP is complete and entered in the Data System within 60 days of the Created Date.

2. If any changes need to be made to the IFSP, an IFSP Periodic Review meeting must be held.  

Data Specialist, Tracy Sperry, can unlock or unarchive an IFSP record if requested and justified. IFSP Edit Requests should be submitted via the following IFSP Edit Request form.
