    1. In the EI CCB Staff object for that provider, update the Status to No Longer A Provider and enter an end date. DO NOT uncheck the CCB Employee checkbox.

    NOTE: The end date is critical for billing purposes and must be accurate.

    1. Click Save.

    1. The provider will then submit a new request to be a contractor provider, and you will follow the same process outlined above for an independent subcontractor provider.
