EI Data System Chatter Groups

Groups is an item that can be added to Navigation Bar (See Tabs and List Views)

1. There are two EI DATA SYSTEM Troubleshooting Chatter groups:

2. EI DATA SYSTEM Navigation/Support

3. EI DATA SYSTEM Billing Navigation/Support

4. To join a group, users can do a Global Search on the group name

5. Click the Ask to Join button in the upper hand corner

6. You can also choose how often you would like to receive notifications posted in each group of which you are a member

7. This can be done by clicking on Manage Notifications button and then selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.

8. Notifications will arrive in your email inbox of the email associated with your user profile.
