Early Intervention Data System Layout

1. EI LIGHTNING APP

Verify that the user is in the correct app by confirming the upper left corner of the screen displays as “EI Lightning” If something else is showing, click the box of dots under the blue cloud to locate the correct app.

NOTE: The EI Lightning App is most compatible with Chrome or Firefox.

2. RECYCLE BIN

1. The Recycle Bin is available in Lightning by updating the Navigation Bar (see Tabs and List Views article). You can search for the item or scroll through the alphabetized list of available items. Be sure to select Add and then Save.

2. Deleted items will go to the Recycle Bin.  If an item is accidentally deleted it be retrieved from the Recycle Bin within 30 days of deletion.  

NOTE: Only users with Manager/Supervisor profiles can delete or retrieve deleted items.

3. SEARCH SALESFORCE

The Search field located at the very top of the screen includes an advanced drop-down filter that allows users to search for items within the entire system or within a specific domain.
