DocuSign Activation

Phase 1 DocuSign Roll-Out May 5, 2024

Purpose: DocuSign account needs to be activated before sending any forms in the EI Data System via DocuSign. All Service Coordinators and Evaluators have received an Activation email. Email is valid for 24 hours.

  • Open Account Activation Email from DocuSign

    • Select Activate

  • Activate Your Account

    • Click the Activate button

  • Create a DocuSign account

    • User Name is the email address your DocuSign Activation email has been sent to

  • Login to EI Data System to Activate DocuSign

    • Select any Case

    • Select the far right carrot in the menu

      • Select Send with DocuSign - Standard (you will only use this button once)

  • A new window will pop-up

    • Select Authorize

NOTE: If your organization already uses DocuSign you will need to Activate your account using a slightly different process for CDEC:

1. Click the Yellow Activate button sent in the email via DocuSign.

2. Log in to the existing local EI DocuSign account.

3. Click on the circle icon in the upper right corner (some may have their initials or a picture uploaded).

4. Select the Switch Account option.

5. Choose "Carahsoft OBO Colorado Department of Early Childhood Account ID: 100732433".

6. Click Confirm.
