DocuSign Print vs. Preview PDF

Buttons on the IFSP Visual Force Page

Purpose: DocuSign implementation has changed the functionality of the Print button on the IFSP Visual Force (Home) screen.  The Print button is the initial step in sending via DocuSign.

Sending IFSP/Periodic Review/Annual via DocuSign (Print and Send with DocuSign)

• The Print button creates a “Draft” DocuSign envelope for the IFSP

  • Related Tab on EI Client Case → IFSPs DocuSign Status section

    • 

• Send with DocuSign button sends the email to individuals in the signing order

  • 

• The report IFSPs DocuSign Draft Status can be used to locate IFSPs envelopes that are in Draft Status

  • Note users will be able to see all Draft envelopes however users can only access Cases assigned to their EIB/CCB

  • Send with DocuSign button must be used to sent the envelope

Printing the IFSP without triggering DocuSign (Preview IFSP)

• The Preview IFSP button will generate a PDF of the IFSP without triggering a DocuSign envelope
