Note: Reference the appropriate knowledge article above to learn how to set up each contact record type

Note: The Duplicate Contact feature should be used during the referral and intake process to avoid creating duplicate Accounts and Contacts. A data system user can also conduct a Global Search to determine if a contact already exists. The Global Search is located at the very middle top of the screen.

• A Global Search can be conducted for all fields or, using the ▼ symbol to the left of the search magnifying glass. The search can be narrowed to a specific field.
