Company Provider

1. The Company Provider will submit a request on behalf of the Company.

2. The email listed in the Account for the EIB in the CCB Request Email field will receive an email letting them know that the company wants to work with them including a link to the EI CCB Staffs Object for that company. If you do not receive the email, but you know one has been submitted, the EI CCB Staff record for the Company can be found on the Hospital/Practice Account for the Company. You will know it is a request for the Company as there will be no provider name filled out.

3. Update the Status to Verified and check the Subcontractor checkbox. The attest status will then update automatically to pending company signature.

4. The Company Provider will log in and sign the Attestation for the Company. They will need to let you know once that is complete so that you can then sign on your end.

5. Local EIBs do not need to attest with individual providers within a company. The companies must still submit requests for their employees to work with you. When you get a request for a provider within a company, just add a rate and update the status to Active. You will know they are with a company if there is a Hospital Practice listed other than EIColorado Provider Community Account. (Just be sure to verify if you don’t know if that company has more than one provider.) We are working on an enhancement to have the system auto-generate these requests for every provider in the company. We are working on it, but most likely won’t happen prior to December. We also have a limited budget for enhancements this year, so it may get deprioritized.
