Cloning a Session

Purpose: Cloning a Utilization allows users to create one Utilization for another date without having to go through the steps to create a Utilization.  

1. Locate the Utilization

2. Click on the Utilization number

3. Select Clone Session from the drop-down menu using the ▼ symbol

4. Select a new date using the calendar pop-up and then click Save Session

   1. All Utilizations may be Cloned regardless of status

   2. Verify that all fields are accurate on the Activity (e.g. Rate (Hourly), Time (15-min units), Service Provider, Allocation) for the new date of service
