Client Case Related

Purpose: The "Related" tab on a Client Case displays the following related records and information that are linked to the case.

  1. Evaluations/Assessments - This section captures evaluations and assessments conducted throughout the duration of the child’s involvement in EI.  Instructions for completing an evaluation can be found in the Evaluation/Assessment

  2. section below.

  3. IFSPs – Snapshot of IFSPs associated with the Client Case

  4. IFSPs DocuSign Status

  5. Case Participants - Related client Contacts

  6. Utilizations - For further information on Utilizations, review the section of the EI DATA SYSTEM Billing Guide

  7. EI Forms

  8. Activities

  9. Notes - Users are able to create a new Task or Event associated with the case.  A Task can be considered as a personal Post-It note.  An example would be calling a family to verify they received a letter that was sent.  An Event is something that has a beginning and an end and users can invite other people to, it can also be ongoing. Once a Task or Event has been created it will appear on the user’s homepage.
