Yes. The EI Referral Case cannot be in a Status of Closed or Complete without having the “Child Name” field populated. The field is populated when the Duplicate Contacts button is used

Yes. Added new Referral Final Outcome when Status is Closed - “Attempt to Reschedule Eval Unsuccessful”
NOTE: Referral Status Update must be manually sent when this status is selected
DocuSign
Date Sent
Yes. The Date Sent field on DocuSign forms has been fixed to populate with “Today() MM/DD/YYYY” date. Forms impacted:

Telehealth Recording Disclosure
Recordinging Disclosure
Yes. The Telehealth Recording Disclosure has been renamed as Recording Disclosure. This has been updated at www.eicolorado.org and in DocuSign
