Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place

9/25/2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 9/25/2025 at 7:00 p.m.


USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

Users can log into the system after 7:00 p.m. on 9/25/2025

EI Referral Case 


eReferral 



Yes. Referrals received via eReferral project will now populate with the following information in the appropriate sections of the EI Referral Case: 

  • Information about the Parent/Guardian 1 for this child 

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Phone Number(s)

    • Email 

    • Primary Language

    • Interpreter Needed(default to “yes” if language is not English) 

  • Information about the Parent/Guardian 2 for this child 

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Phone Number(s)

    • Email 

    • Primary Language

    • Interpreter Needed(default to “yes” if language is not English) 

  • How did you hear about Early Intervention 

    • Referred by

    • Referring Practice Agency

    • Phone Number

    • Fax Number

    • Email 

If information is not included in the referral the above fields will be blank 

EI Referral Case


Run Address Clearance 

Yes. The “Run Address Clearance” button will now verify/populate the child’s county for Physical Address and Mailing Address, if populated.  Care Navigators may need to refresh the screen to view the County  


Provider Portal

Login Email Prompt 


Provider Portal

Yes. If a provider or evaluator has not logged into the Provider Portal in the last 80 days they will receive the following email

Hello! Our records indicate that you have not logged in within the last 80 days. Passwords reset every 90 days whether you login or not. Please login within the next 10 days and update your password otherwise you will be required to submit the Login Assistance Form to get a link from an Admin User. If you do not know your password or have difficulty logging please use the above form.

As stated in the email if a Provider's password expires, the EI Data Team will need to support the provider in resetting their password. 

NOTE: If three attempts to log in with the incorrect password have been tried, the Provider will need EI Data Team 

support to reset their password
