Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place

8/17/2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 8/17/2025 at 1:00 p.m.

USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

Users can log into the system after 1:00 p.m. on 8/17/2025

RELEASE SUMMARY

What is the Update?	Do I need to do anything?
Trust Program Activity Reason for Rejection	Yes. EIB Staff can now enter Reason for Rejection on Trust Program Activities as needed
EI Website Error Resolved	No. The error message “URL No Longer Exists” has been resolved on the EI Website for the links: Contact Your Local EI Program - now directs users to an interactive map Request Printed Family Rights Brochures - now directs user to order form
Service Provider Contact Exit Reason	Yes. Service Provider contact Exit Reason has been updated to include “Deceased” in the drop-down menu
