DATA SYSTEM RELEASE

Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place

7/20/2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 7/20/2025 at 1:00 p.m.

USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

Users can log into the system after 1:00 p.m. on 7/20/2025

RELEASE SUMMARY

What is the Update?	Do I need to do anything?
FY 24-25 Billing Error Resolved on 7/10/2025	No. Error Message: “We are currently closing out the last fiscal year. Please wait to create July 1st to August #rd activities until after August 3rd”. Billing for FY 25-26 may be entered in the EI Data System and/or Provider Portal
Completing EI Referral Case Error Resolved	No. Error Message: “We can’t save this record because the “Client Case Owner Update Flow” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin…” EIB Staff should no longer receive this error when updating the EI Referral Case to Complete
Updated Late Reasons Not in the July Release	No. An additional Release Update will be sent when Late Reason updates are released

Yes. Errors need to be resolved prior to 8/3/2025 invoicing. Resource for Batch Exemption resolutions
