Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place
7/3/2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 7/3/2025 at 8:00 p.m.
USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM
Users can log into the system after 8:00 p.m. on 7/3/2025

Updated Week of 7/1/2025. Old forms have been removed. New Forms are currently labeled with “2025” prefix, this will be removed shortly
Templates for all DocuSign Forms
Forms on the EI Colorado Website have been updated
VOID DocuSign EI Screening Record/ IFSP
Error Resolved
Yes. The Service Coordinator or other EIB Staff can VOID a DocuSign envelope sent by DocuSign if needed
VOID EI Screening Record or IFSP
DocuSign IFSP
Error Resolved
No. Error for sending IFSP has been resolved. Error message was appearing, however IFSP was sent successfully
Extended Part C Billing
SC Requirements
Yes. In order for Providers to bill for Extended Part C services both the Service Plan Element and Service Provider Assignment “End Date” need to be updated.

Extended Part C Billing
Error Resolved
Yes. Providers can now bill for service via the Provider Portal for children enrolled in Extended Part C after their third birthday.
