Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place

6/14/2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 6/14/2025 at 1:00 p.m.


USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

Users can log into the system after 1:00 p.m. on 6/14/2025

Updated Forms and Combinations 

RELEASE DATE: 6/12/2025 - 5:00 p.m.


Templates for all DocuSign Forms  - old forms have been removed 


Forms on the EI Colorado Website have been updated 


Error Message for Exit Ratings


Updated Language of Error Message 

No. New error message “If Exit Rating is completed ensure Entry Rating is reflected on most recent IFSP.  If Exit Rating Not Completed select Reason Exit Rating Not Complete.”

Case Number to DocuSign Email


Updated Subject Line

No. The subject line for the EI Screening Record when sent from DocuSign will include the EI Referral Case # “Evaluation Results from EI Colorado for Client Case ########” 

VOID DocuSign EI Screening Record/ IFSP 


VOID if Sent in Error 

Yes. The Service Coordinator or other EIB Staff can VOID a DocuSign envelope sent by DocuSign if needed

Update Parent/Guardian 2


EI Referral Case

Yes. If additional contact or demographic information is added to the EI Referral Case for Parent/Guardian 2 the Family Member Contact will be updated when the EI Referral Case Status is changed to either Complete or Closed 

Extended Part C


Validation Rule on Checkbox

No. If a child is participating in Extended Part C the “Part B Eligible - Extended Part C” checkbox cannot be unchecked if more than two weeks have elapsed from the child’s third birthday 

Service Coordinator Contact


User Type Required 

Yes. When creating a new Service Coordinator Contact the user must select either “Service Coordinator Access” or “Manager/Supervisor Access” 

Child Find Contact


Email Fields 

No. Removed email fields for “Work”, “Personal”, and “Alternative”.  Remaining field is “Email” which must be accurate for DocuSign functionality 

Cornerstone Training Survey


Viewed by EIB Staff

Yes. EIB staff are able to view the status of the Cornerstone Training Survey on the Service Provider Contact Related tab → Survey Invitations and Status section  


Provider Portal

What is the Update?

Credit/Edit Activities 


My Client Case Tab

Yes. From the Credit Activities hyperlink activities that have not yet been Invoiced can be edited as needed

Provider Attestation 


Added Automation

No. When a new request is received by an EIB for either an independent provider or a new provider company, the EIB user updates the Status from Pending to Verified, CCB Attest Agreement checkbox will be checked. EIB Staff can prompt the Provider to Sign the Attestation.
