DATA SYSTEM RELEASE

Updates to the EI Data System will be taking place

5/18/2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 5/18/2025 p.m. at 1:00 p.m.

USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

Users can log into the system after 1:00 p.m. on 5/18/2025

RELEASE SUMMARY

What is the Update?	Do I need to do anything?
EI: IFSP No-Show Credit Activity	Yes. The Activity for “EI: IFSP No-Show” can now be credited in the EI Data System if created and invoiced in error
Referral Status Update - EI Referral Case Not Eligible	Yes. When Referral Final Outcome = Not Eligible, the Referral Status Update (RSU) will be generated with the "The child has been evaluated and found not eligible at this time" checkbox checked. RSU will be saved in the EI Forms on the Related tab
IFSP End Date Children born on 2/29/2024	No. For children born on leap day 2/29/2024, the IFSP End Date will populate to 364 days from the Initial or Annual IFSP
