Confidentiality Features

EI Screening Record & IFSP 

Yes. When the “Confidential Address?” checkbox is checked on either the EI Referral Case or the Client Case (new checkbox), the following fields will be marked as Confidential (or Confidencial for Spanish) on the EI Screening Record/IFSP: 

• Child's County of Residence 

• School District/ Administrative Unit

• Child Find 

  • The associated phone number of the Child Find Contact

  • The associated email address of the Child Find Contact

• Practice or Clinic Name 

  • Physician Mailing Address

  • Physician Name 

  • Physician Phone

Hide EI Annual Screening Button

EI Client Case 

No.  The button for EI Annual Screening has been removed from the Client Case.  The Annual Screening is automatically created when an Annual IFSP is created

Activity Status Cannot be “None”

No.  If the Activity Status is “None” an error will be received stating the Status must be updated
