No. The mailing address fields for Parent/Guardian 1 will be hidden on the EI Referral Case when “Same Address as Child” is Yes. Fields will only display when “Same Address as Child” is No
QIO
Issue Resolved
No. The updated QIO User Guide is linked on the first page of the QIO
Error resolved when the IFSP Outcome contains special characters
EI Screening Record / IFSP
Min/Max Age
The minimum age range for each of the five developmental domains is now <1
Date of Referral Closure
Field Name Change
No. The Field “Date of Referral Closure” has been changed to “Date of Closure”
