Yes. The Service Provider Assignment button must be used when assigning a Provider to the Service Plan Element. For Assistive Technology Device Service Provider Other record types are available.
If the IFSP Service is Late the Late Reason must be updated prior to creating the Service Provider Assignment
Billing: EIST Activities
Error Resolved
No. When cloning a utilization related activities (direct services and session other) will allocate to the correct Allocation based on Trust Fund Status
Provider Portal

Individual Provider - Portal Sign Up
Error Resolved
Yes. When an Individual Provider signs up via the Provider Portal they are not required to select an Account as the account name will default to EI Colorado Provider Community Account
