We will be implementing updates to the EI Data System
11/17/2024 from 8:00 am until 11/17/2024 pm at 1:00 pm
USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM
Users can log into the system after 1:00 pm on 11/17/2024

Creating Hospital/Practice Accounts Restricts the Creation of new Accounts | Yes. EIB Staff are no longer able to create new Hospital / Practice Accounts. If a new Hospital / Practice needs to be created complete this form: New Hospital Practice Account Request. EI Colorado will ensure the Hospital / Practice does not exist with a different/similar name and create the new Account as requested. |
Cornerstone Provider Training Retention Survey Sending to Providers who completed Initial Training prior to May 2024 | Yes. All contractors who have billed EI: Initial Provider Training before May 2024 will receive the Cornerstone Provider Retention survey. See communication sent on 10/28/2024 for additional details |
EI Referral Cases for Kit Carson and Montezuma Counties Error Resolved | No. EIBs serving Kit Carson and Montezuma Counties will no longer receive an error message on the EI Referral Case |

Evaluation Billing Error Error Resolved | Yes. If there is an EI: Eval No-Show and EI: Initial Evaluation on the same day the Provider will no longer receive an error message when attempting to bill for either activity |
