Creating a Service Provider Assignment Initial IFSP Case

Article summary

Purpose: A Service Provider (Initial IFSP Case) Assignment allows an assigned Service Provider to bill via the Provider Portal and access necessary files to support Assessment an/or Initial IFSP development.

  1. From Client Case Details

  2. Click on Related tab and scroll down to the Service Provider Assignments (Initial IFSP Case) sectionGraphic of Service Provider Assignment Initial Case  section label

  3. Click New button

  4. Search Contacts and select Service Provider to participate in assessment/Initial IFSP development

  5. Start Date and End Date fields can be left blank

  6. The Initial IFSP Case field will auto-populate with the Client Case number

  7. Click Save

  8. If successfully created and saved, a green bar confirmation pop-up message “Service Provider Assignment SP-#### was created” will generate
