    We will be implementing updates to the EI Data System 

    7/21/2024 from 8:00 am until 7/21/2024 pm at 1:00 pm

    USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE EI DATA SYSTEM

    Users can log into the system after 1:00 pm on 7/21/2024

    Cornerstone Provider Training Retention Survey


    Survey Sent to Historically Billed Services  

    No. Any EI Provider who has billed for “EI: Initial Provider Training” between 7/1/2023 and 12/31/2023 will be sent the Cornerstone Provider Training Retention Survey.  Email Subject: Cornerstone Provider Training Retention Survey

    Once the survey is completed “EI: Follow-Up Provider Training” can be billed to the CCB Account
