CHILD FIND CONTACT

  1. Click on the Contacts tab in the navigation bar.

  1. Select New button in the upper right corner.

3)  Select contact record type Child Find

4)  Click Next

5)   * = Required Information

6) Enter First Name and Last Name

7)  Enter Title/Role

8)  Search and select Administrative Unit (School District)

9)  Description Information is optional.

10) Under the  Contact Information section:

     a) Populate Phone and Email fields.

Note: The Email field must be populated for DocuSign to send envelopes to Child Find contacts (e.g. as a Transition Conference Team Member)

11) Under the Address Information section,

     a) Populate Physical Address and Mailing Address with the address of the Child Find office.

     b) The Account Name field should NOT be populated. It should remain BLANK.

12)  Click Save
