Error Resolved 

No. The Duplicate Contact button on the EI Referral Case will populate the child’s name when an existing client is selected

Southeastern CCB

Removed from Owner

No.  Southeastern CCB can no longer be selected or assigned as the Owner of a Case

Decimal on Rate

Update

No. The “Rate” field on the EI CCB Staff object has been updated to three decimal point to match the Rate on Activities 

Not Eligible Statement 

Language Updated 

No. The Not Eligible Statement on the Print PDF EI Screening and IFSP has been updated to read: “Your child was found not eligible for Early Intervention services on __________as he or she does not have a delay of 33% or greater in any area of development or a 25% or greater delay in two or more areas of development. You participated in the evaluation and/or assessment and the results were discussed with you. This document serves as your prior written notice. You have received a copy of your rights and you understand them.”

QIO Print

Print Discrepancy Resolved

No. The QIO tool prints with the same information contained in the EI Data System. 

Race Ethnicity 

Error Resolved 

No. Race/Ethnicity was being duplicated causing error when the IFSP was created.  Resolved the duplication 

Scheduled/Canceled Evaluation Emails

Change email address

No. All Scheduled or Canceled Evaluation emails to evaluators will be sent from [email protected] 

Company Provider Login

Caution Message Removed

No. Upon login Company Owners will no longer see a caution message “Provider Discipline cannot be null.  Please navigate to “My Personal Information” tab to update the field”
