DocuSign User Guide

Purpose: This guide focuses on providing users with guidance and information for utilizing DocuSign within the Early Intervention Data System and Provider Portal. EI Colorado requires DocuSign to be used in the EI Data System when obtaining electronic signatures. In-person (wet signatures) are still acceptable. As of 5/5/2024, verbal consent is no longer an accepted form of consent or acknowledgment on EI Colorado forms if the document is available via DocuSign.
Care Navigator/Referral & Intake DocuSign: Instructions on how Care Navigators will send and receive DocuSign forms within the EI Data System and includes guidance on how to navigate a variety of scenarios
Service Coordinator DocuSign: Instructions on how Service Coordinators will send, sign, and receive DocuSign forms within the EI Data System and includes guidance on how to navigate a variety of scenarios
Provider DocuSign: Instructions on how Providers will sign and receive DocuSign forms and view client forms in the Provider Portal
Evaluator DocuSign(RETIRED 8/24/2024):

Print vs. Print Preview: DocuSign implementation has changed the functionality of the Print button on the IFSP Visual Force (Home) screen. The Print button is the initial step in sending via DocuSign
